Police in Nevada, IA respond to a disturbed individual weilding a knife against a locked police car, by striking that man with another police car.
Notice at the bottom of the dash cam there are indicators, "B" for brakes and "L" for lights. As the officer turns off the street he applies the brakes, but as he approaches the victim his foot is not on the brakes.
Justified use of force?
